Our applications

This section applies to our applications, including HaymoLog, available on the App Store, Google Play and the Microsoft Store, among others.

Data stored on your device. The information you enter in our applications (inventory, descriptions, photos, receipts and other documents) is stored only on your device. Our applications do not require an account and do not transmit any of this data to our servers or to third parties. We do not have access to your data.

Camera, photos and files. With your permission, our applications may access your device’s camera, photo library or files, only when you choose to take a photo or attach an image or document. These items are stored within the application, on your device. Our applications do not use your location.

Backups and imports. Backups and exports are created only at your request, and saved to the location you choose. This may be your device or an online storage service such as iCloud Drive, Google Drive or OneDrive. In the latter case, the handling of these files is governed by the privacy policy of the service you choose. Imports are made only from files you select yourself.

In-app purchases. Purchases made in our applications are processed entirely by Apple, Google or Microsoft, depending on the store used. We do not receive or store any payment information. Only the confirmation of your purchase is recorded on your device, in order to activate the purchased features.

No advertising or tracking. Our applications contain no advertising, no analytics and no tracking tools, and collect no usage data.

Deleting your data. You can delete your data at any time from within the application, or by uninstalling it. Uninstalling erases the data from the device, except for backup copies you have saved elsewhere yourself.

Your Rights

In accordance with applicable laws, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you and request that it be corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

You may also request to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information where permitted by law.
